job hunting...

Well my family has come and gone, once again. I love when they come out. My mom usually comes out every two or three months, which I am so grateful for, but this time they all came out. My mom, dad, brother, and sister. Mitch's brother Daniel is here too so it was quite a full house, but we had fun. They were able to be here for my 24th birthday so that was nice to be able to celebrate with them. They all surprised me with a patio set and a fire pit that i have been wanting for months now. I just wish it would cool down a little bit so we could actually go out and enjoy it.
We have been having a heat wave for over a month now. And when i say heat wave i mean 100+ degrees out with 98% humidity. YUCK!! I just feel bad for Payson because all he wants to do is play outside but its way too hot out. Luckily we have a pool here on base to we have been taking advantage of that. He loves to splash and play with the other kids. Aiden even likes the water.
I started job hunting today. It is a bitter sweet feeling. I love spending my days with my boys but this mommy needs to get out with some adults and a little extra money couldn't hurt either. I have found a few job openings on base that i have applied for so we will just have to wait and see what comes of it. Wish me luck!!
It is time for me to get back to my daily duties as a stay at home mommy. aka cleaning and laundry.

Here goes nothing

I have never really known what a blog was until reciently. I still am pretty new at all of this so forgivge me if im a little off. I figured i would give it a shot. I am a stay at home mom and sometimes i need something to do when i have down time. HA like i have a whole lot of that! So my posts might be few and far between. Im not sure if anyone will read this or not so it might just be an outlet for me. We will see how it goes.
